In doing so, the solution removes protein build-up from the surface of the contacts.

Start with the right lens. From the casing, pick-up the contact lens using the fleshy part of index finger and grasp it with the help of the thumb. Put the contact lens to the left palm and drop a solution to wet it. Place it in the tip of fleshy part of index finger. Use the index and middle finger of the opposite hand to push the eyelid and eyelash to expand the eyes and place the contact lens.
Contacts can be sensitive to heat because they are just made of plastic. When wearing contact lens under the sun, ensure to shield it with sun glasses. Furthermore, remove contact lenses when bathing in a hot tub.
